New Year’s Eve was a week ago, and we all can remember perfectly all the drunk people at the party. It is not easy to forget all the drunk characters you meet in each party, and these following eight are my absolute favorite. 1- This is the guys who started drinking since 12PM, and now he just can’t wait for the ball to drop. I am guessing that the ball is getting late this year. 😛
